- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Without going into grave detail, this credit union (specifically the Moses Lake branch, and I am leaving this review here as well bc this happens to be their corprate location) has very poor customer service and rapport. If someone is short with me once in a while, fine, everyone has bad days. But the MANAGER of this credit union is down right rude and blatently disrespectful EVERY time I come in, and judging by the chats I have had with other customers/members and the interactions I have witnessed her have with members other than myself I am appalled she still holds her title. I recommend taking your banking needs else where, to a credit union that has better customer service and holds themselves to a higher standard than this credit union does.By Kailee Spark, December 24, 2016
